Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Goods without providing a reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day:

You receive the Goods, or

A third party (other than the carrier) designated by you receives the Goods.
To cancel your order, you must notify us with a clear statement via email.
Once we receive the returned Goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the Order. No additional fees will apply.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Goods must be in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition unless otherwise stated.
Perfume Return Policy

We do NOT accept returns for any opened or unsealed perfume bottles.

Only unopened, unused, still-sealed perfume bottles are eligible for return.

Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations.
Sneakers Return Policy

Sneakers must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original box.

Sneakers with signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be returned.

If sneakers arrive damaged due to shipping, the claim must be handled through the shipping courier’s damage policy.

We will assist you with documentation if required.

Non-Returnable Goods
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized or personalized items.

Goods that deteriorate quickly or exceed their expiry date.

Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
